Shipping and Delivery

Every portrait is made to order, inspected and packed by hand in New York.

Timelines (from your approval)

• Studio Collection: about 1 to 2 weeks.
• Oil and Paper Collections: about 4 to 6 weeks, including painting, drying and framing.
• Fine Art Prints: about 3 to 5 business days after you approve your proof, or about 1 to 2 weeks framed.

Your exact date is confirmed after your order or consultation. If you have a deadline, tell us when you order and we will let you know right away whether we can meet it.

Delivery options

• Insured shipping within the United States in gallery-grade packaging, with tracking.
• Local pickup in New York, free of charge, by appointment.
• White-glove delivery and hanging in the New York area: included with every Oil Collection commission, and available for Paper and framed Studio portraits for $95.

Keepsake Prints and unframed Fine Art Prints ship flat, with a protective interleaf.
